I had to travel from overseas to do this and both Peter and Lynette were amazing in making the ideal process clear for marketing and selling but to providing local knowledge so I could prepare the house for sale. Effectively, they both went above and beyond in my opinion to providing advice, assisting with a garage sale and then recommending local trades people for tasks around the property. After leaving New Zealand, Peter in fact assisted and supervised a local trades person to prepare for the open homes. The entire process and stress of house sale was taken away from myself.
Throughout the open homes Lynette would communicate frequently to advise of suggestions and the interest generated and I was always at ease during this time. I would like to comment therefore on the professionalism and dedication offered by both Peter and Lynette. The service offered to myself was clear and concise with immediate up to date communication throughout the process and I felt I could trust and rely on their advice and input for anything.
