Energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for the Real Estate industry are the hallmarks of Chris’s business.
With a strong professional network based largely upon referrals and repeat business, Chris strives for exceptional results for all of his clients whether they be buying or selling.
It is crucial to Chris that his relationships are built upon honesty, integrity and establishing a great rapport with all of his clients and colleagues.
With an eye for detail, Chris understands how critical the visual and written impression of your home you will be. Starting with the best photos and video and accurate representation, Chris will always ensure that a prospective buyer will never pass your home by.
Chris started his Real Estate career in 2010. Not long in the game, the first of many life changing earthquakes hit Canterbury – undeterred by the situation Chris stuck in the industry and has built up an invaluable skill set that has made the complexities of selling in a post-earthquake market second nature to him.
Although an advocate of the auction process, Chris understands that every home requires a marketing plan that has to be specific to the Vendor’s needs. Detailed consultation with the Vendor will ensure that the method of sale undertaken will be the most appropriate for their home to maximise their sale price in a reasonable period of time.
Outside of work, Chris loves spending time with his wife Gina and their two children Harry (6) and Ada (4). You will also catch him supporting the Black Caps at Hagley Oval, cheering on the Crusaders or sailing on Akaroa Harbour when he gets the time!
Working out of the Bayleys Canterbury, Akaroa office and residing in Akaroa, Chris has experience selling all types of properties, all over Christchurch and Banks Peninsula. If you want an agent who is a real person and in touch with reality to represent you and your home then please contact Chris Mangels anytime for a no obligation catch up or discussion.
