Kym Barrow understands first-hand the concerns of rental property owners having both owned and managed several her own rental properties over the past 30 years
Selecting quality tenants that can be relied upon to pay rent and respect the homes of her clients is a key consideration for Kym. She strives to care for her clients' properties as if they were her own, applying the same attention to detail and urgency as she does for her own rental properties.
Kym has a high level of experience having previously managed a portfolio of 30 body corporates that included more than 400 properties. With this background managing a high volume of properties, time management and efficiency have become central to Kym's approach.
Delivering a client-focused service is important to Kym. She builds trusting relationships with both the owners and tenants of properties using excellent communication and a commitment to solving any issues as soon as they arise. Kym is proactive and aims to carry out her role with as little disruption to owners and tenants as possible.
Continued education is part of Kym's commitment to providing the best level of service to her clients. She attends relevant property seminars and maintains a strong working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
Kym holds a Bachelors degree in Property and her professional background includes 10 years working as an international flight attendant, predominantly in the premium service cabins. Property Manager of the Year 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023. New Business Manager of the Year 2022 & 2023.
