About Blair

Blair forms strong relationships with his clients, working closely with them to achieve the best outcome possible for the sale of their property. His approach centres on defining his clients’ expectations/goals and then designing the correct strategy to deliver. The moment that negotiations close and his vendor has a successful sale is what drives him – it’s all about doing his very best for each and every client.

Blair’s creative flair and eye for detail are incredibly valuable assets to his clients. Before real estate he worked as an aerial cameraman for over 20 years, working on various movies and TV documentaries/series. His footage was even part of a BAFTA-winning wildlife series with David Attenborough. Working with his family’s helicopter and film companies, Blair managed the day-to-day running of the film business. His experience means Blair brings high-level skills in contracts, sales, management, and planning, creating and executing marketing campaigns.

Blair’s ability to build rapport and trust with people from all walks of life is well recognised, ensuring a seamless real estate journey. He prioritises keeping his vendors well-informed, so they are always in the best position to make significant decisions. Blair is not afraid to put in the hard work/effort and is known for going above and beyond for his clients. Knowledge is power in property and Blair keeps up to date with ever-changing market conditions and legislation. This also allows him to unearth avenues to set his clients’ properties apart in the market.

In his spare time, Blair enjoys wing foiling at Lake Pupuke, swimming at Takapuna beach or playing golf at Waitemata golf course. A lover of learning he has completed his helicopter license, advanced dive certificate, multiple First Aid courses and Boatmasters certificate. Blair also enjoys volunteering to help small local businesses with their social media presence so they can be as successful as possible.

Having grown up in Devonport Blair brings unique market knowledge to his clients and his enthusiasm when representing local property is contagious. Blair works across all classes of residential real estate in the area.
