A seasoned professional with an established reputation amongst Auckland’s property community, Pete Gorton brings the benefit of 25 years’ experience to every commercial transaction.
Dipping his toes into commercial property after earning a property degree, Pete has cemented a reputation as the ‘go-to’ guy for large format retail having a wealth of practical knowledge and ‘on-the-job’ understanding of the needs of both developers, and retailers.
Building the blocks of knowledge from the ground up, during his 25 years in the industry Pete has held roles in property management, property finance and as a commercial broker. This gives him invaluable experience which has seen him weather multiple property cycles.
