Based at Bayleys Head Office in Wynyard Quater, Matt has been an esteemed member of the Corporate Leasing team for over 13 years. Holding a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Property Valuation and Management, Matt's professional journey began with an internship at one of Auckland’s largest commercial valuation practices.
Drawing on his entrepreneurial ventures in his early twenties, Matt has a big-picture approach to innovation, real estate and leadership. During these endeavours Matt has attained strong negotiating and relationship skills which have complimented his move back into the commercial real estate profession.
Transitioning from the Commercial Property Management & Valuation Team to now a valued member of the Leasing Team where he feels his strong work ethic, people skills and attitude will be of the greatest assistance to Bayleys clientele. Under the guidance of Bayleys' top mentors, Matt continually strives for excellence, and is constantly pushing himself to be one of the top agents in New Zealand.
