This 43 hectare dairy run-off has historically been used as the support property for a 164 hectare dairy farm. Mostly recently the property has been grazing 100 yearling heifers.

The property has a good reliable water supply with trough access from all paddocks. The water pump is located near a pond close to the roadside. There are four ponds on the property. All the ponds are fenced off.

The property has two gate access points to Mangapiko Road plus the loading race at the yards. Paddocks are accessed from the road entrances or from the grass race. The yards include a loading race and head bail. There is also a fertiliser bin on the road side.

The property is fenced into 17 paddocks with the boundary fences 7 wire post and batten. Internal fences are mainly two wire electric.

The soil type is maeroa ash over Hamilton silt clay loam.

Mangapiko Road comes off Hetherington Road and is approximately 22 kilometres from the Huntly power station.

The retired vendors have sold their dairy farm and now require this runoff to be sold.
