This 400 hectare beef finishing farm is located in a well regarded farming district. Medway is considered a top finishing farm in the area and offers much to the new owner.
The property is central to both Auckland and Hamilton. Pukekohe is approximately 40 minutes away, Huntly, approximately 25 minutes and Hamilton 45 minutes.
The contour is predominantly easy rolling with some flat and the balance to medium hill. Approximately 80% of the farm is spread by truck and the property has a strong fertiliser history. Normally 600 X 10 bale equivalents baleage are cut each season.
The soil type is maeroa ash over Hamilton silt clay loam. Annual rainfall is approximately 1250mm.
