Water supply is from a deep well bore to a manacon tank then pumped to further manacon tanks around the farm and with both gravity and pressure supply to the troughs. The mainlines are 63mm alkathene and 40mm pvc with 32mm lines to the troughs.

Approximately 10 hectares of turnips have been grown on the farm and maize and grass silage have been bought in from the owners runoff. PKE has been bought in and fed as required.
