Situated in Eastern Southland, 9km to the Fonterra Edendale dairy factory. One of the largest dairy farms in the district.

Overall presentation is a credit to the current vendors and their staff. Comprising largely flat, undulating to rolling contour, with predominantly moderately deep soils. Subdivided into 120 paddocks, the farm has good access from three road frontages and excellent lanes and races. Currently run in conjunction with an adjoining lease block of approximately 142ha of which around 60 hectares is used as milking platform.

Two 54-bail rotary sheds are placed at the north and south of the farm, a 250-cow herd home at the south shed, ample other supporting farm buildings include five calf sheds. Six dwellings located on the property are adequate for the running of the farm. The main homestead is a warm north facing brick family home suitable for an owner-operator, or management. Consented to milk up to 1,700 cows until September 2024, the farm has been milking an average of 1,425 cows producing 574,000kgMS over the last five years.
