The property is located 3km south of Clyde and 9km north-west of Alexandra. The total land area of the property is 201.1 hectares in two titles, which includes approximately 133 hectares of steeper rocky hillsides.

There are approximately 50 hectares planted in cherries (21.3ha), apricots (26.ha), nectarines (1.4ha) and peaches (1.25ha) with a further 10-12 hectares of plantable land. Improvements on the property include an 11 year old packing shed complex, two older dwellings, a modern workshop, two implement sheds and a number of smaller buildings.

Irrigation is supplied from the Earnscleugh Irrigation Scheme. There are two dams for water storage which are used for both overhead sprinklers for frost protection and under tree sprinklers for irrigation.
