The farm is a total area of 564 hectares (more or less) comprising 272 hectares freehold and (approximately) 292 hectares leasehold (approximately). This is made up of a 420 hectares effective dairy unit, with some dairy support/drystock areas. The balance is native bush blocks, farm races, houses and infrastructure. There is 65 hectares (more or less) available for effluent irrigation where there are underground lines and hydrants in place.

The farm has milked 1000 cows. The dairy herd is wintered on the property on winter crops, and/or within the youngstock/drystock parts of the farm. This farm has a mixture of contours, with the majority of the milking platform being flat to rolling, there is steeper contour at the southern end of the farm, and north block on the eastern side of SH1. The 2023/24 season peak milked 850 cows, production target of 290,000ms.

An underpass connects either side of the farm beneath State Highway One. Soil testing is conducted annually over several management blocks of the farm. The Olsen P levels over the bulk of the farm are above the agronomic optimum range for pumice soils (35-45), with the exception of hill paddock samples with levels of between (22-143). Typically, five applications of 30kg/ha nitrogen are applied annually to the non-effluent parts of the farm. There are five dwellings on the property which also provide suitable accommodation for staff.
