Located just fifteen minutes from Ohope beach and just inland from Ohiwa Harbour, the mild coastal climate certainly is a great benefit of the location. This 175.3785 hectare (more or less) farm is in three similar sized titles which could be sold separately. Currently 300 dairy cows are milked through a 24 bail rotary cowshed. All stock is wintered on.
Well-formed access and raceways allow for useful stock control and movement. The property is separated by State Highway 2 and an underpass manages access to both sides of the property.
