Forty years ago a young couple discovered this beautiful site and proceeded to create their forever home. They planned the layout in readiness for their family, capturing the magnificent views of the Tauranga Harbour, the iconic Mount Maunganui and north as far as the Bowentown heads. They planted trees for future shade, designed gardens to invite birdlife, fenced for the eventual pet sheep, chickens and bountiful veggie garden. As time went on they added many attributes to make this property truly special. The outcome has been stunning, creating tranquillity, beauty, and an ease of living. Their children, friends and family have enjoyed countless hours of togetherness and milestone celebrations.
