Comfortable 2 story 3 bedroom home on Rangi Ave & Hinemoa. Downstairs has separate lounge & kitchenette area. Bedroom 1 is a sizeable room with queen bed, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. This area has its own shower, loo & bathroom. Upstairs is open plan lounge dining with kitchen with all the essentials. Super king bed with bathroom. Chattels include: oven & stove top, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, outdoor furniture. Lounge has Freeview. Off the lounge area are 2 decks, 1 with archgola type awning.
Parking only in driveway & at front of house.
The internet connectivity only applies to the area of the property not the property itself, internet or wireless is not provided with this rental, there are hotspots in several place in the town.

FYI:
Please allow a minimum of 5 working days prior to any booking. There is a $59 admin fee, a compulsory cleaning fee of $150 and a security bond minimum of $500, which is refunded after the tenancy provided the premises is left clean, tidy and undamaged. We also require 50% of the rent up front to secure your booking unless the booking is within the next 60 days then the full amount is due immediately.
Check in time for Beach Hop is 12pm and checkout time is 10am. Check in for Peak is 2pm, checkout is 10am.
All applications are subject to us checking with the property owner before we can confirm your booking. We endeavor to keep all listings up to date but cannot be responsible for un-notified actions outside of our control. The property owner has the right to withdraw the property prior to any letting agreement being reached.
