The Fund acquired 43 College Hill, in a prime location in Central Auckland. A value-add refurbishment strategy will be executed to convert the well suited existing building to a premium storage facility, expected to be sought after in this affluent area, then the property will be sold.
The Fund is targeting a 13% annualised pre-tax return* and with a two-year Fund term**, investors are provided with a defined investment horizon. Investment begins at $100,000.
