Master bedroom (with ensuite and WIR) opens to this large deck, and also enjoys the wide coastal vista (ocean and islands). 2 more bedrooms in the main house are serviced by a generously proportioned bathroom.

On the ground floor is a genuine version of a ‘man cave', or maybe you want to use this area for storage (or kids retreat).

The sleepout building is currently used for a home gym as well as extra guests, and has its own bathroom plus snack making area.

Down at the roadside is a very smartly rebuilt shed, with room for all those other beach toys - or maybe an extra vehicle.

At the end of the day whether you choose something to cook on the BBQ, or wander down for either takeaways or a meal out, this is a very laidback beach lifestyle all within close reach.
