Or you can drive on up to the front door, by which there is a pizza oven ready for you to try your hand at homemade delights. Curved foyer leads you past a study (where you easily 'work from home') and a guest bathroom, to the kitchen/living room entrance. Luckily the doorway is wide, as many visitors will stop in their tracks to soak up the amazing views from huge living area.

Large kitchen island is well complemented by an array of storage and bench space. While cooking on the Induction top, you can enjoy the reflection of the beach and bay.

Extensive decking plus spa pool all offer great views along the beach and out over the bay.

When its time to head for bed; someone will be lucky enough to claim the Master, complete with WIR and ensuite. Plus there is an elegant bath-tub, from which you can privately enjoy a view right along the beach.

Guests wont feel left out, as there are 3 huge bedrooms downstairs. Each large enough for a young family with cot etc. Or a bunch of bunks for all the cousins or friends to giggle and chatter the night away.

Langs Beach - a family friendly beach, within easy reach of Auckland (for weekend warriors). Equally great as a permanent location to live.

Pohutukawa grace the foreshore and cliffs. Sometimes the surf is pumping, and other times there's barely a ripple. Fishing, surfing, swimming, walking . . . you can have it all.
