This is one on Kerikeri's most consistent high performing Sungold kiwifruit orchards. Over the last 5 years, production per canopy hectare has averaged in excess of 17,500 trays. The most recent season 2022 production was 17,918 trays per hectare. What makes this even more impressive is that this 2022 production was generated from 2.03 canopy, of which .22 ha of canopy was still in mid stage maturity since graft.

Completing the planted area is an additional .23 canopy ha recently planted and not yet in production.

Overall land area is 4.097 hectare. Irrigation is via the Kerikeri Irrigation Scheme. The orchard has excellent shelter and free draining soils.

Currently under management, the new owner has a number of proven management options to choose from, or they can self manage should they desire.
